Objectives:To create an effective global political network to advance the building of regional Supergrids through action at the highest level (including a group of heads of state and government who launch a high-profile, high-level initiative in collaboration with the Founders and Members of the Carbon War Room).

• Build a Supergrid network among key legislators
• Develop policy proposals (consult with industry, investors, governments, NGO’s and think tanks). 
• Create a heads of government group.
